We have not determined our final summer schedule, but we intend to enter quite a few tournaments. We will probably have 7s practice 1 day per week (day to be determined). We will also
probably have one optional fitness day in which Sam Berry will lead us through a series of drills (sprints, agility, ladders, plyometrics, etc.) to better prepare us for the demands of 7s rugby and tune us up for the fall season. A final schedule will be published next week. Cheers, Dupe May 27-30 Off – Memorial Day Weekend June 4 Off – USA v.
